Issue #37047: Issue with Taarie and Endarie in Solitude... Who actually owns Radiant Raiment?

Although Endarie has access to Radiant Raiment's merchant chest, dialogue between the two sisters indicates that Taarie is actually the owner of the business. Taarie regularly reprimands Endarie for her work and her attitude towards customers, behaving as one would expect of the proprietor, while Endarie responds more like an apprentice than an owner. This is further supported by the Creation Kit: in the ''DialogueSolitude'' controller quest, Taarie is identified as both the owner and backup tailor, while Endarie is not assigned either role. However, dialogue between Bryling and Irnskar indicates that Endarie is the owner, or at least the sister who receives the credit for running the business. This creates a contradiction between the roles defined by the controller quest and those implied by dialogue from other NPCs.

Furthermore, if Endarie is killed, Taarie never becomes the new proprietor of Radiant Raiment. This is because Endarie is not assigned to the ''Tailor'' alias and lacks the ''SwapAliasOnDeath'' script pointing to the ''backupTailor'' alias occupied by Taarie. If the player subsequently marries Taarie and has her move into the player's home, Radiant Raiment will remain permanently closed if Endarie is dead. This is normal, expected behaviour due to the ''DialogueSolitude'' controller quest listing Taarie as both the owner and backup tailor, leaving no NPC assigned to operate the store in her absence. If the player however, instead chooses to live with Taarie at Radiant Raiment, the store's normal merchant inventory will no longer be available if Endarie is dead. Taarie instead uses a separate general merchant chest for her spouse merchant inventory rather than Radiant Raiment's merchant chest.
