Issue #37058: Incorrectly leveled enchanted glass helmets in various leveled lists

 
In leveled lists 000B4222, 000FDA15, 001031BE, 0402BBFE, 0402BC2B, and 0403750B in Skyrim.esm, enchanted glass helmets with enchantment tier 3 are leveled at 20 and tier 4 at 22 per SSEEdit. This is clearly incorrect because tier 5 is at the usual 43, both levels are the same as scaled helmets with lower-tier enchantments, and enchanted glass armor types appear at level 37 for tier 3 and 40 for tier 4 in all other leveled lists.
