Issue #37061: Invalid Back Lighting flag on carrots

 
Carrots have the back lighting flag assigned, but no actual back lighting texture, so this will just glitch the lighting on their leaves. Hearthfire version has an invalid rim lighting flag too.
paths: /clutter/ingredients/carrot01.nif and /_boyh/plants/byohhousefloracarrots01.nif
Also remove dupe vertices that could cause a tiny seam.

Note: in carrot01, Alpha Testing is enabled but Blending is not. In the byoh version, both are. I think carrot01 is correct, but I'm not going to change that because I cannot be sure.
