Issue #37072: Approaching Quincy Ruins/ Vault 88 causes game world to lose texture

 
Hello!! Apologies if this is formatted incorrectly, I’ve never posted a bug like this before. Approaching Quincy Ruins/Vault 88 causes the game to essentially stop loading textures. Sometimes my weapons disappear, and I am unable to re-equip them again without dying. If i approach the ruins more directly, and my weapons are still around, i get hit with an infinite loading screen and have to close the game and re-start. please feel free to email me with any further clarifying questions, i am not proficient with specific game questions haha. thank you!!
