Issue #37084: Unused dialogue after the quest Proving Honor

As you can see there is a ton of unused, but fully voiced dialogue. The dialogue is even still referenced in the final game. Seems like it would not be too hard to restore, if the conditions are corrected.

If that site wasn't so against user privacy it would be possible to see what they had to say on the matter, but they insist on being able to drop cookies for no good reason just to view the site.
