Issue #37113: Temper recipes for Morag Tong Armor

 
The Morag Tong Armor (all pieces) are tempered with leather. The armor is basically recolored Chitin Armor. So maybe they should be tempered with Chitin Plate instead. Unless you think the recipe was set like this for some intentional reason.
