Issue #37117: Midden Rings are too heavy

 
000da732 dunMiddenRingTreoy, 000da733 dunMiddenRingKatarina, 000da734 dunMiddenRingPithiken, 000da735 dunMiddenRingBalwen all have a weight of "3.000000". Since they are rings, they should probably weigh as much as other rings. (They are marked as misc items, but still look like normal rings).

If they’re treated as Quest Items it’s irrelevant since quest items don’t actually count toward the weight limit.
