Issue #37125: Elytra Hatchlings have their own abilities but use ones for normal Elytras instead.

 
Elytra hatchlings have "SEAbElytraHatchling "Elytra abilities" [SPEL:0004418C]" made for them. But they use "SEAbElytra "Elytra abilities" [SPEL:0004418A]" instead.

Could be cut content, but could also be a bug. Reporting just in case. If this is a bug, it should be corrected for: 00011b5b, 00011b6f and 0001e417.
