Issue #37126: Crafting Recipes added by USSEP

 
USSEP adds crafting recipes for the Bone Hawk Ring and Nord Hero Arrows. The Ring and Arrows not being craftable might not be a bug. Maybe Bethesda did not add recipes for the Ring to make it more unique. The Arrows might be Cut Content, as their damage is also wrong and needed to be tweaked by USSEP. Maybe Cutting Room Floor would be a good place for them
