Issue #37128: Ironback Hideoout navmesh fixes

 
Corrects a corrupted duplicate door link on triangle 24 added by update.esm.
Also fixed a few tris trying to go through walls or trees and fixes missing cover edges.
No conflicts with the relevant crossbow creation (crosselv)
