Issue #37138: Rock added by Thieves Den DLC

 
Disabled an unnecessary rock added to the Anvil castle area for no apparent reason
From Unofficial DLC Patches changelog. Maybe should check if the rock is a wild edit or maybe there to fix a gap or landscape tear or something like that.
