Issue #37146: Fenn's Gulch Mine fixes

 
Fixes broken navmesh (npcs going through walls and furniture, no cover edges), places a rock to cover a gap in a wall, and swaps a chair that can exit the wrong direction (into a crate) with the correct chair type.
