Issue #37160: DLC1TrapInfectedBones fix

 
It calls SetMotionType onCellAttach, which can happen if the ref is Disabled or hasn't loaded yet. SetMotionType should be an OnLoad event - see scripts like DefaultDisableHavokOnLoad, for example
