Issue #37172: Magic effect description containing unexpected return at the end

 
As title says. The ingame menu active effects tab displays cumulative effects. This unexpected return causes a break/blank line in the merged description (see attached screenshot).

The fix is quite simple: you just have to remove it.

Ref 000FB992 (altered by USSEP):
"Time between shouts is reduced by <20>%.
"
instead of:
"Time between shouts is reduced by <20>%."
