Issue #37199: Castellan Athon cannot cast some of his spells

" Athon possesses the standard knight spells list containing one major Illusion spell, despite not having Illusion as a major skill due to his Marauder (Boss) class. As a result of this and the NPC skill leveling mechanism, Athon will only ever be able to cast novice Illusion spells. However, the Illusion spells in his list are of at least apprentice level, meaning he will never be able to cast any."
