Issue #37225: Ranyu cannot cast some of his spells

 
" Ranyu has something of a mismatch between his skills and spells. Based on his leveled spell list, it's likely he was intended to be a Dremora Mage rather than a regular Dremora. As a result of his current class he does not have Conjuration as a major skill. Due to this and the NPC skill leveling mechanism, he will only ever be able to cast Novice-level Conjuration spells. However, the Conjuration spells in his list are of at least Apprentice level, meaning he will never be able to cast any. In addition, due to his current class he will also only be able to cast Alteration spells up to Expert level, rather than Master level."
