Issue #37226: Msirae Faythung cannot cast many of his spells

" Msirae possesses a leveled list of major Summon spell, despite not having Conjuration as a major skill due to his Warrior class. As a result of this and the NPC skill leveling mechanism, he will only ever be able to cast novice Summon spells. However, the spells in his list are of at least apprentice level, meaning he will never be able to cast any."
