Issue #37232: Thrangirfin minor issues

 
" Thrangirfin has something of a mismatch between his skills and spells. As a result of his Hunter class, he does not have either Alteration, Destruction or Mysticism as major skills. Due to this and the NPC skill leveling mechanism, he is thus only be able to cast Novice-level spells in these schools, even at higher levels. Since all spells in his Alteration and Mysticism leveled lists are at least Apprentice-level, he can never cast any of these."
