Issue #37247: Neville does not attack Primo during the Quest Whodunit

I recently finished Whodunit the Dark Brotherhood Quest and noticed Neville not quite behaving how I assume he should. No way to make him attack Primo (which was my initial plan). After googling I found this (again on UESP)
When Neville and Primo Antonius are the only guests left alive, Neville's dialogue regarding Primo has improper tags. The high disposition line has a condition of ≥30, meaning it always overrides the neutral disposition line (which has a condition of >30). The script causing him to attack is also bugged, meaning Neville will never assault Primo.
Maybe that is the cause?

The quest seems to be bugged in general. Since Mr. bugreports didn't write this, I'll also leave this here from UESP
Dovesi was meant to eat breakfast from 6am to 9am, but instead continues her sleep package until 9am.
After one guest is killed and you told Dovesi to rest, she was only meant to sleep for 5 hours, but will instead do so indefinitely.
After one guest is killed, Dovesi may go a snack in the basement. The package has a duration of 5 hours but faulty conditions may cause her to enter and exit the basement repeatedly or remain there indefinitely.
But I did not encounter these myself I think (had patch installed while playing the quest). But maybe they are true.
