Issue #37273: Nornal missing collision

 
The bars above the gate to the Dark Brotherhood Dead Drop chest do not have any collision. If you are able to walk on water, there is no need to unlock the door at K, you can pass over it.
Oblivion Remastered addresses this issue. The bars have collision preventing you from waterwalking above the gate.
