Issue #37285: Precombine Data Outside Parsons State Insane Asylum.

 
A fire barrel has been moved, resulting in precombine data being lost for this reference. The reference's record id is 0x091591. It was moved from it's vanilla position, and now results in the fire barrel being invisible from most angles. See screenshots attached to this post. PRP fixes this but me and probably others would rather not use it due to using some unsupported landscape mods.

I understand why this was moved. It was hidden, and is back on the surface. But due to that fix it's now flickering.
