Issue #392: The Mortar and Pestle locked up, bad Frida package

 
It's locked up during day time despite Frida offering services due to not having doors unlock flag at package start and package change in her package "DawnstarApothecaryServicesPackage8x12".

Package DawnstarApothecaryServicesPackage8x12 already has the "Unlock on Arrival" flag set.
