Issue #4: Sapphire and Shadr are not preset for their scene in Riften

 
Several users report that Shadr and Sapphire are not at their assigned scene locationin Riften where the two of them discuss his debt and the shipment she had robbed.

Have so far not been able to reproduce the problem. Sapphire's AI uses a set marker, but Shadr's AI uses a radius around himself rather than a specific target. It's possible he isn't migrating properly to the AI target prior to the scene starting since it uses his reference as a center.
