Resolution: Fixed

Issue #5989: Winterhold guards do not have shields.

 
While going through the old list of "mods with fixes" one of them mentioned Winterhold guards not having shields. The linked file on Nexus turned out to be corrupted, but the issue should still be addressed. It ought to be relatively easy to fix assuming there's not a good reason for them not to have shields.
