Issue #7248: Ugor level should be 10-30, protected

Like the other Orc combantants at Largashbur, Ugor should be level 10-30 (not 6-30), and like Atub should be protected during the fight with the giant. He is needed for the conversation after the giant dies.

Ugor's alias is already protected status, he won't die unless YOU kill him :P

I've corrected his level settings for USKP 1.2.5 though.
