Issue #9657: General Tullius' Armor has wrong keywords

 
General Tullius' Armor has keywords ArmorClothing, ClothingBody, and VendorItemClothing, while it should've been ArmorHeavy, ArmorCuirass, VendorItemArmor, ArmorMaterialImperialHeavy. The mockup "TAKEME General Tullius' Armor" confirms this, not to mention that it is a heavy armor.
